Hope this little review help to somebody.
After reading in the internet some bad experiences of the Motorola SB6120 with Comcast service, I decide anyway to purchase this unit, I live in Katy/Tx and receive my modem two days after purchased in Amazon GREAT SERVICE from then, any way back to the Motorola SB6120, I receive the Unit and immediately run some internet speed test(3 time) the average was 5ms Ping time , download was 19.4Mb and upload was 1.94Mb(with the old modem), Call Comcast to request the change , give then the MAC address and connect the modem to the cable and 20 minutes later system was UP and RUNNING so if they had problems in the past with this modem Comcast already fix then. Speed with the new modem is (average) ping 5 ms. 21.71Mb download and 3.64Mb. Upload, so an increase of +/-12% download and 87% upload GREAT.
Also would like to Thanks The lady at Comcast she stay with me on the phone all the way until she make sure the unit was UP and RUNNING so Thanks to her and great service from Comcast to.

After almost a month using this modem, is been rock solid, no reboot, no issues, very happy.
